I currently lead the financial performance of BRP’s International division — a ~$2.5B revenue region spanning EMEA, APAC, China and LATAM — as a key business partner to the International leadership team. My focus is on elevating finance from a reporting function to a true driver of growth: sharper forecasting, unit-level profitability visibility, and finance teams that are recognized as business partners. I combine strong FP&A fundamentals with modern data skills and a hands-on approach to building analytics capabilities that actually get used. Based in Switzerland. • Led financial planning and analysis for the APAC region, covering Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and other markets, with a year-long assignment based in Sydney. • Directed process improvement initiatives across Finance, Marketing, Sales, and volume planning, resulting in increased accuracy, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment. • Strengthened financial controls to improve compliance with BRP internal policies (Purchase orders, Authority and limits), closing and financial reporting • Drove 3pp DM improvement by optimizing key areas such as volume planning, sales incentives, pricing, commercial policy, logistics, and by analyzing dealer's financing costs related to stock aging. • Partnered with regional leadership and regional teams to refine financial forecasting and budgeting with market realities, enhancing strategic decision-making. • Built and strengthened retail discount reporting processes with BI and Retail Operations teams, improving transparency and efficiency within the ANZ region, using PowerBi and SQL. • Hired and trained a new manager to lead the FP&A team, focusing on building expertise and continuity within the team.
