As Annuity Value Acceleration (AVA) leader I help clients by selling the Software and Services that will help them accelerate their business transformation and by performing the post-sales activities that will help them maximise their return on investment. This responsibilty includes : IBM's Mainframe (z Systems) Software sales, Software Labs Services signings & P&L management, Software maintenance (S&S) and Software as a Services (Saas) contracts renewal, Software deployment and IBM Software portfolio IP protection. I previously served as VP of Sales, successively in charge of IBM France's Software division, Small & Medium Business division, Strategic Outsourcing division and Industrial and Defense Sectors. I gained, sales, P&L management and General Management experience in various markets : France, BeLux, Europe and NorthWest Africa. I have a proven track record in building, turning around and developing businesses in Technolgy (mostly Software) and Services, I have improved profitability and grown revenue I am customer oriented with extensive experience of successfully developing client relationships whilst managing perception of IBM and improving clients satisfaction.
