About

I help telecom operators turn complex, fragmented IT landscapes into unified, customer-centric platforms that move at the speed of the market. Over 25+ years across Europe, I’ve led technology and IT organizations through their hardest transitions — post-merger integrations, ground-up 4G network builds, and the shift to agile, AI-driven operating models. At Magenta Telekom (€1.5 billion revenue, part of Deutsche Telekom), I delivered the full IT integration of the UPC / T-Mobile merger in 3 years, cut time-to-market from months to weeks, lifted customer NPS by more than 50%, implemented new ways of working with an engineering mindset, and introduced a fully scaled Agentic-AI delivery framework. Trained as a theoretical physicist, I bring a people and culture-first approach to leadership — and a conviction that customer experience is the real engine of growth.
