Worked in several teams : Neuropharmacology, Allergo-respiratory, secundary pharmacodynamics, DMPK and Tox.
My role in this team is to be an "interface" between the informatics team and my NCD (non-clinical development) team. In a close collaboration with Informatics, I manage the creation of new protocols and check the correct import of data in the database. We principally use E-Workbook/Biobook and ActivityBase (+ excel macros) with pipeline pilot for automation. I also pay attention this information is accessible to the users through Spotfire and other applications. When assays are outsourced, the other part of my work is to treat with CRO's (questions from users, requests management, data validation and upload, ...)
