Expert in Control command, Instrumentation, Hardware Qualification Type test and Quality auditor Responsible for the I&C Hardware Qualification within the Nuclear Process Control department.; Redaction of tests procedures, realization of qualification tests including : extreme functional tests, aging (thermal and mechanical), irradiation, seismic stress, thermo dynamical (LOCA-HELB). Definition of the hardware qualification needs on large renovation projects impacting the safety of the nuclear power plant. Projects as: replacement of the nuclear instrumentation system (NIS), safety control cabinets for Diesel Generators, replacement of regulation valves for the reactor cooling system. Follow up and maintenance of the certification of about fifty suppliers (technical and quality follow up of equipments such as: pressure and position transmitters, electronic cards, pneumatic instrumentation as I/P, positionner, actuator, electrical actuators, connectors, relays). Management of the procurement procedure for safety related equipment. Management of obsolete I&C equipment through new developments, reverse engineering or benchmark of existing solutions Elaboration of the hardware qualification requirements for the new nuclear power plants type ATMEA. Management Elaboration and management of budgets for the entity Management of the team of five engineers and coaching/training of the junior members; on renovation projects for control command systems (mono ou multidisciplinary) Feasability, technical and budgetary study and impact of the different norms on the project Call for tenders and contract management (contracts<1M€), manufacturing supervision and FAT (Factory acceptance test) On site erection and supervision, SAT (site acceptance test), start-up and re-qualification of the installation
