As one of the few executive leaders with deep experience across both life sciences and AI technology, I help global pharmaceutical and biotech companies embed cloud, data and GenAI into their operations, turning strategy into execution and innovation into commercial outcomes. Over the past 20 years, I’ve led transformation initiatives at Novartis, Gilead and Google Cloud. I’ve helped organisations rethink how they operate, how they launch and how they engage. My strength lies in translating complexity into clarity, connecting executive ambition with frontline adoption and blending technology, training and partnerships into practical, real-world solutions. I speak the language of scientists, IT leaders and commercial teams. And I move quickly from idea to proof to scale. If you’re working on these challenges or curious to exchange ideas, feel free to connect.
Joined Google to bridge the gap between cutting-edge tech and the practical realities of life sciences. Focused on Sanofi, I’ve led commercial strategy and execution across cloud, cybersecurity and generative AI. Over the past three years, I’ve delivered AI-powered tools that've reshaped field engagement, content creation and data access, resulting in a sixfold increase in annual billings. Other highlights include launching a consumer-facing GenAI booking solution across CVS and Walgreens in the US and supporting C-suite decision-making through real-time commercial analytics.
Brought consumer-grade digital thinking into Novartis with a focus on reducing time-to-treatment and increasing patient access to specialty care. Worked across Immunology, Neurology and Cardiology, building digital activation journeys for brands like Cosentyx, Aimovig and Entresto. Partnered with tech firms including Ada Health and Healint to embed AI-powered triage and real-time patient data into Novartis ecosystems. Led the development of FDA-certified apps - including one designed for pre-literate children - and secured novel data-sharing agreements that removed long-standing organisational roadblocks. I joined with entrepreneurial confidence from my time in tech and applied it with rigour to large-scale pharma systems, navigating regulatory complexity while keeping speed and user experience front and centre.
Co-founded a digital studio focused on mobile apps and cloud analytics, primarily serving healthcare and consumer markets. Developed tools using Parse, Facebook Analytics and MongoDB, including an app with over 25,000 paid downloads annually. Built digital skills from the ground up - not just understanding the technology, but launching products, testing monetisation and handling the pressure of building from scratch. This chapter reset my professional foundation. It gave me hands-on digital fluency and a first-hand understanding of the entrepreneurial mindset - all of which I later brought back into pharma.
Tasked with building Gilead’s global access function from the ground up - and scaling it to support multiple new launches in HIV, HCV and Oncology. Recruited and led a team of 20 global access directors, launching major products like Truvada, Atripla, Sovaldi and Harvoni. Helped generate $11B in new revenue by aligning value, pricing and access strategy across markets. Chaired Gilead’s Commercial Deal Review Committee alongside the COO and CFO, managing critical payer negotiations and strategic investments - from Medicaid expansion in the US to global partnership models.
Started my career in pricing and market access roles in France, before joining Novartis HQ in Basel as global access lead for multiple franchises. Developed access strategies for treatments in Alzheimer’s, asthma, diabetes and rare diseases and later supported large-scale market access efforts in China, including Hepatitis B programmes with public health authorities. These early roles grounded me in the economic and policy drivers of pharmaceutical success and gave me a pragmatic, data-driven approach to value strategy that still underpins my work today.
