I am Francois du Toit 22 years of banking experience: I have 7 years of experience as Regional sales Management at ABSA Private Bank leading a sales team to optimize growth in Private banking products. My Region where in the Top 5 performing regions for 4 of my 7 years as Regional Sales Manager. I have 5 years of experience as Relationship Management at ABSA Bank where I build end to end banking relationships with a set client base and growing business by exceptional service and going the extra mile for my clients. I have 4 years of experience as Branch Management at ABSA Bank where I excelled in Komatipoort by increasing the client base so significantly that the branches turnover went up by 60% and I had a 97% green audit, all in 9 months. I was then transferred to Rayton branch where I took over a branch that did not have a Branch Manager for 2 years.
