What I do: • Lead discovery and design phases of large, complex technology projects. • Conduct research to uncover customer and user needs, expectations, and pain points. • Translate research into clear journeys, requirements, specifications, and interfaces that guide delivery. • Facilitate design thinking and service design workshops with executives, business teams, and delivery partners. • Develop UX strategies, personas, and blueprints that align user expectations with business objectives. • Partner with systems integrators and enterprise delivery teams to ensure solutions are human-centered, scalable, and adopted successfully.
