Francois honed his business skills in the challenging Automotive Industry, where he started his career working for BMW SA where he held various positions including Project and Management positions. After 13 years with BMW, he resigned and joined ex-colleagues and ventured into a private business as a Supplier to the Automotive Industry. In 2006 he acquired a majority shareholding through a Management Buy-out and as CEO together with his Executive Team developed the business, which was mainly locally based, into a true Global player with an annual turnover in excess of R1,6bio in 2013. Since then, he’s been involved in new start-ups, such as HireMe, a digital marketing platform where all job Seekers and SMME’s can advertise themselves for free. The current market conditions Pre- and especially Post COVID requires skilled and strategic leadership in business to ensure ongoing success. Leveraging his past business experience, together with a long-term business partner and friend, they decided to offer their skills and experience to assist businesses on the brink of becoming Distressed.
