As Director, Global Logistics Services, I'm responsible for global operational and financial activities as they relate to the activities of - ULD and Equipment Control; - Customs Facilitation; - Product Expert Services; - Shipment quality monitoring and management systems (e.g. GDP Certification, Cargo iQ), e-Business (e.g. e-AWB), 'Electronic Data Interchange' (EDI) with business partners; - and administer the industrial programs: - Chairman of the IATA Time and Temperature Working Group (TTWG) - Member of the Cargo Services Conference (CSC) - Member of the IATA Cargo Procedures Conferences Management Group (CPCMG) - Member of the Cargo iQ Working Group (CiQ) - Member of the IATA Cargo Operations and Technical Board (COTB)
