•Responsible for Insights generation & activation for Nutrition Strategic Business Unit marketing & medical affairs teams (8 bio CHF business) •Additionally in charge of integrating & leading Wyeth Nutrition insights generation for new brand team on ILLUMA, S-26, SMA, and newly created concept & brand (Ascenda) •Category expertise guidance & strategic insights with local & regional markets •In charge of leading regional and local insights network •Key speaker / trainer & Digitalization of the Advanced Strategic Enhancement Training (ASET) for senior Nestlé talents on Marketing, Communication & Behavioural economics
•Responsible for all consumer & Health care professional research for Nestlé Nutrition brands, expanding expertise to: -NIDO Growing-up milk (2014) -Maternal category (2011) -Growing-up / Toddler milk category as part of the expansion of infant milk brands (NAN & LACTOGEN) to new age range 1 to 5 years old (2011) •Co-creation, design and key speaker of new training (ASET - Advanced Strategic Enhancement Training) for Nestlé Nutrition to develop new & senior talent in infant nutrition on Marketing, Communication & Behavioural economics
•Management of 1 Team Member. •Responsible for Ad-hoc studies (Segmentation, Post-Launch tracking, Ad-pack test, Qualitative etc) and coordination of research in liaison with the markets of Mexico, Dominican Republic Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay & Bolivia.
•Management of 9 Team Members. •Responsible for Qualitative (Product Concept) & Quantitative Research (External Consumer Sensory Panels, and all types of innovation, product & component development testing). •Direct Management of 14 Mio USD and indirect supervision of 22 Mio USD budget. •Achieved in 3 years 15 USD Mio of worldwide cumulated savings on the ECP tool by optimizing process and methodology.
•Management of 6 Team Members. •Responsible for EU, EEMA & Japan. •Retrieving & translating consumer feedback to optimize product development and identify new opportunities. •Responsible for the Rationalization and Optimization of the External Consumer Panel (ECP) tool. •Set up of procedures and guidelines to be followed worldwide + people training + development of a global analysis software (Rewarded by ABCD award – Above & Beyond Call of Duties)
