- Define and implement National strategy for convenience store following merger of Pernod & Ricard companies on the French market. - Build KPI / key facts / roles / missions and business priorities for the sales team. - Sharing best pratices for other subsidiaries.
- Supermarket of more than 30 employees (5 direct reports), annual sales 5 M€. - Responsible for the changeover of stores ATAC to SIMPLY MARKET for the south French part. - Reformulation of the commercial / marketing strategy and stock management.
