Extended role from Backend Focus to overall FrontEnd + BackEnd + Test Guarantee Analog sGroup business growth providing with best manufacturing readiness, cost efficiency and high quality products. For the entire AMS Analog sGroups my role is to manage Technologies and Sustaining Operations teams with a playground of >40 manufacturing plants (internal and subcontractors) ; with below responsibilities and accountabilities: - Manage, Lead and Develop Operation Team - Build an innovation team capable to follow high level of R&D Requirements for the sGroup ; and de-velop challenging technical products to support markets evolution. - Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes to support Divisions growth - Drive and Monitor all operational performance to meet tactical Business needs: short terms require-ments and relentless cost reductions program - Ensure compliance with Quality requirements - Require, Drive and Execute the Testing Investments of AsG; reviewing best ROI & Priorities Investment based on granted budget and to support PR/PO
