He has spearheaded the expansion of several firms to hugely successful growth and outcomes, most notably taking UiPath public on the NYSE in April 2021, where it became the third largest software IPO in history and eventually reached a valuation of over $42 billion. Previously, Franck has balanced starting his own businesses with leadership roles in large corporations, having been in charge of P&Ls of up to $1.5 billion with global teams spanning across 110 countries.
