I serve as President and Founder of Reina Engineering, bringing more than 18 years of experience in civil engineering across public and private sector projects. My background includes leading the planning, design, and delivery of large-scale utility and infrastructure projects throughout South Florida, in collaboration with consulting teams and public agencies, including Broward County’s Water and Wastewater Services (WWS). As President, I am responsible for the firm’s strategic direction, operational management, and overall project performance. I oversee business development, contract negotiations, financial planning, and technical quality control, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with client objectives. I founded Reina Engineering to provide practical, high-quality engineering solutions that create long-term value for the communities we serve. A graduate of the University of Florida, I remain actively engaged in technical leadership while guiding the growth and sustainability of the firm. Reina Engineering is committed to responsible engineering practices and community engagement. The firm supports environmental and educational non-profit organizations as part of its broader mission to contribute positively beyond project execution. I maintain active involvement in professional organizations including the Florida Engineering Society (FES), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Engineers Without Borders (EWB), and the American Water Works Association (AWWA), collaborating with industry peers and staying current with evolving standards and best practices.
