I am a senior energy executive with 15+ years of experience across power markets, renewable energy, strategic transactions, regulation, infrastructure and financial structuring. I have led companies and commercial platforms in the Colombian energy sector, with full P&L responsibility and direct exposure to regulated, non-regulated and wholesale power markets. My experience includes scaling one of Colombia’s largest independent energy retailers, structuring and closing over 1,700 GWh/year in energy contracts, leading the Andes solar project (358 MWp) to Ready-to-Build stage, and designing Latin America’s first private renewable energy auction. My work sits at the intersection of energy markets, strategy, regulation, finance and execution. I have built relationships with regulators, government entities, generators, developers, retailers, industrial clients and institutional stakeholders across the Colombian energy ecosystem.
