Reporting to Spanish CFO as well as dotted-line to EMEA Credit Director, current responsibilities in the Accounts Receivable Area: - Managing Collections activities at Ingram Micro Spain & Portugal. Main focus each month on maximizing collections and keeping bad debt reserve under control. - Managing Legal processes - recovery lawsuits performed by external lawyers. Support to CFO by acting as Local Process Owner on special projects: o ERP upgrade for Credits & Risks, Tax and Treasury. o RFP banking. o Non-Recourse Credit Assignment Contracts under statutory and US (true sale) Off-Balance Sheet accounting treatment: leading discussions with and between banks and legal parties (internal and external counsels). o SEPA transition.
