- Define the Telefonica Digital Transformation strategic plan, managing and tracking its implementation and assessing and reporting impact across global businesses of the Group (EU & LATAM). The programme articulated a Process, Product, Policy, People and Technology transformation. - Lead the Process Automation programme across all Telefonica footprint (12 countries), identifying improvements in all the company processes using LEAN methodologies and applying automation technologies as RPA, AI or BPM. This programme was recognized as the broadest in TELCO industry, in terms of economical and operating impact (+60M € / 2yrs in OPEX reduction).
- Support Global CIO in developing Telefónica’s IT Strategic Plan (Applications, Digital Transformation, IT Operating Model, etc,) aligned with business strategy needs. - Manage KPIs, Balance Score Cards, research and analysis that allow senior stakeholders and organization leaders to make informed decisions and to manage their strategy model and organization evolution projects.
