Direct auditing of subsidiaries in USA, France, Ireland, UK, Italy, Netherlands and Spain. - Coordination of local audit and specialist teams of around 5-10 people. - Budget and strategic business plan review and analysis. - Process analysis from a workflow perspective to assess deficiencies and key controls to the data integrity, including Budget to Pay, Order to Cash, Close to Report and Consolidation among others. - ERP migration plan and implementation steps analysis to assess deficiencies, controls, workflows, etc. - Derivative hedging instruments valuation and accounting review, including embedded derivatives analysis within debt and other contracts. - Reporting of deficiencies and misstatements identified. - Strong experience in consolidation and GAAP adjustments to IFRS.
