Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare quantity take-off and provide cost estimates cost planning purposes for additional works and variation proposals. Assist in conducting viability studies and cost estimates. Assisting with the preparation of tender documentation. Implementing and maintaining all required cost control and audit procedures for all Project Cost Control Activities designed to measure the project status. Assessing, evaluation and making recommendations related to any financial claim and providing the necessary input with regards to settling such claims. Evaluation all variations, additional works, field changes, additions and omission, and incorporation of the same with the Monthly Cost reports. Preparing and pricing Change Orders and negotiating agreement with the Client and Contractor as necessary. Negotiating contracts with the contractor in partnership with the Senior Quantity Surveyor or Associate. Provide assistance to the team during negotiations, arbitration or any other forms of dispute resolution. Undertake joint measurements with the Contractor for interim payments. Validate the Contractor’s interim payment applications of work in progress and materials on site; Accountable for a variety of complex deliverables throughout the lifecycle of a project. Accountable for briefing the team on the project scope to ensure roles and responsibilities are understood. Manages the resources on a project and within the established budget. Monitors and manages the performance of Project Surveyors and other direct reports.

Provide project briefings and updates. Ensure that projects documentation meets the standard requirement.

Design of Aluminum Composite Panel or Metal Ceiling installation, draw plans, elevations, sections, and details of cladding. Preparations of quantity take-off materials. Cost Analysis. Costumer assistance regarding technical inquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities: Cost Estimator for installation of clay roof tiles. Conduct actual job site visit for measurement and inspection. Draw the roof plan based on actual measurement using Auto CAD. Draw the details of installation of clay roof tiles. Preparations of quantity take-off materials. Prepare weekly status reports of ongoing projects.
