As Managing Director of Montblanc Australia & NZ, I transitioned the brand from a distributor model to a full Richemont subsidiary, strengthening its market position and elevating its luxury presence. Previously, as Managing Director at Montblanc Iberia, I led the relocation of headquarters, overseeing a 100+ employee team, 17 boutiques, and 200 points of sale, while successfully integrating the business into Richemont’s global framework. I have also held senior leadership roles at Rosa Clará Group and Pronovias, managing large-scale international expansion projects and securing luxury brand licensing deals with Christian Lacroix and Karl Lagerfeld.
