- Serving as the HR functional expert on software improvements and integrations, with Hands-On configuration: Workday (Recruiting module & HCM) and Beamery, leading functional analysis and solutions design for complex, multi-country environment -Ensuring People processes are HR-led, compliant and correctly enabled. -Working with all the BBVA´s HR local teams, to cover their needs in terms of HR systems (8 regions, more than 30 countries), -Managing the different stakeholders (high level directors, HR leads in the different countries, providers etc.), to ensure timelines and expected quality is met.
-Implementing and providing support in the resolution of technical problems in the SAP platform (EC and Onboarding). -In charge of reporting and giving HR data insights to the directive committee. Use of Power BI and SAP SSFF - Managing the Human resources ERP (Sap SuccessFactors) data system creating data quality procedures and training the HR team on the usage of the ERP - Leading the creation of HR databases and KPIs related to HR data. - Participating/Leading C&B key projects as: 1.Meta4 Spain and SAP SuccessFactors interface. 2.Portugal SuccessFactors Go Live 3.Clock in-Clock out implementation for Greece and Portugal and Spain 4.Flexible remuneration benefit implementation in Spain.
