During my career, I have been instrumental on preparing my previous employers for the advantages of Manufacturing Engineering with great success. During FY 2010 until 2020, I designed and overseen the Advance Manufacturing Engineering of the Product NPI / Automation / Mass production Process showing over 100 years million USD of hard saving within the year. This is the cost and capacity saving I introduce as part of my daily duties. - I also establish new product NPI manufacturing operation & Product design DFM/DFA process team to leveraging my experience gained through many lean initiatives and best practice sharing through Kaizen involvement after equipment line deployment in mass production.
