The QESH Business Partner Commercial and Quality Support Team is part of the QESH-MT and has 6 direct reports. Point of contact for all QESH related business for commerce and marketing. Responsible for vendor management, route to market, outsourcing and the Quality Support Team. Quality Support: Having excellent quality supporting systems are wildly important for a professional profit organization. Furthermore a solid label integrity program guarantees that all products are being screened on legislative fit and purpose and enables us to deliver up to customer expectations all over the world (120 countries). By having this key position within the Global QA team we assure guidance and standards to create and maintain adequate quality systems and workflows for Bavaria plants and full label artwork compliance for all Bavaria products. Quality Support is also responsible for all quality customer contact (including specifications, complaints, audits) and KPI reports.
