While enjoying personal growth and satisfaction over 20 years in a single fast-growing restaurant chain, the opportunity to grow exponentially was thrust upon me following a corporate acquisition. I became redundant as has happened to the vast majority of us. Being uncomfortable without the security of a big company around me, I found that the answer was within. So was born a strong sense of self-reliance and initiative as well as an ability to develop trusted resources and partners. I have high expectations of those who partner with and assist me and even higher for myself. The outcome has been excellent results for clients, new and strong friendships around the world and the satisfaction that well-placed trust delivers.
