With over a decade of experience in workplace strategy, real estate operations, and employee engagement, I’m passionate about designing spaces that not only function well but elevate how people work, connect, and thrive. At Metropolis Technologies, I serve as the Director of Real Estate and Workplace Experience, where I lead the charge in aligning physical environments with our company’s mission, values, and evolving needs. My work spans end-to-end workplace operations, from site selection and vendor management to space planning and cross-functional partnership. Previously, I held key roles at Netflix and Honey, managing high-impact projects like a 350,000+ sq ft Los Angeles campus and a global HQ buildout. Across each chapter, my goal has remained the same: to create environments that foster collaboration, spark innovation, and make people excited to come to work. I believe the workplace should be a strategic asset, not just a location. Let’s build spaces that scale culture, support growth, and bring out the best in our teams.
