My major contribution includes - identifying & reducing unnecessary processes which leads to reduction of 25% of headcount in Finance Team - re-organised the manpower & roles to respond to business risk & opportunities, which leads to lower bad debts of 0.02% pa, higher credit availability for low risk customers & other benefits - integrating & reducing process frictions from ordering of stocks to collections of debts, which leads to shortening of working capital cycle, savings of expenses due to elimination of unnecessary processes & wastages - helping business unit to grow revenue by 16% in 4 years
