🌎Developed monthly and quarterly reporting for Sustainability and Operations to support nationwide store performance, driving improvements in food rescue efforts. Insights from these reports contributed to a 45% reduction in food waste (kg per gsf) across 1,000+ stores compared to the 2016 baseline, helping achieve our Profit Sharing Plan (PSP) target. 🌎Partnered with Corporate Sustainability to deliver accurate sustainability metrics and disclosures aligned with SASB Standards. Supported responses to rating agencies (MSCI, ISS ESG, Sustainalytics) and initiatives such as Climate Engagement Canada and the Transition Pathway Initiative to strengthen transparency and reporting credibility. As a result, we improved our MSCI score to A from BBB. Volunteer: Green Champions: Spearheaded a project to reduce operational waste in the company cafeteria, leading to a 150% improvement in circular solutions. Engagement: Worked with Teammates to promote socializing through activities and events. Corporate Citizenship Marketing: Assisted in the company's Holiday Act of Kindness Initiative.
