Lead the platform assignment as well as the full platform engineering team. The Storage Platform team is responsible for ensuring that the entire storage business within IKEA of Sweden has the right product preconditions, solutions, and engineering support to succeed in development across the entire storage community. The team develops shared solutions and new concepts and ensures that common storage architectures are implemented and maintained in line with IKEA’s industry standards and frameworks. The platform team is the enabling force-driving standardization in line with our ambitions to achieve economies of scale and create “övertag” for IKEA in the value chain and provide affordable products for the many people.
