Verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en verder ontwikkelen van het internal control framework — bestaande uit het internal control manual, ISO-normen en lokale controls. • Leading and delivering cotton production for the year while driving alignment with global cotton breeding and logistics for the introduction of 5 new varieties in EME from US, ensuring adherence to industry-leading quality standards while documenting and improving process. • Reviewing and defining the cotton quality inspection plan to meet quality standards and stewardship requirements, collaborating with Quality Assurance to implement testing plans in SAP/Quality Management System. • Managing and leading the label compliance check LTC project (EPIC1 completion and EPIC2 initiation). • Leading the phytosanitary project by mapping the current status and proposing improvements for Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affair for all crop species. • Supporting regional incident management in close collaboration with cluster commercial and communication leadership.
• Securing Quality Management System components, including Document Management, Process Management, Audits, Non-Conformance, CAPA, etc. • Managing internal and external assurance programs in alignment with ISO 9001 standards and other accreditations and certifications (ESTA, ISTA, Non-GMO, Organic, PGRP, IMS, GSPP, NAL) • Identifying continuous improvement and process optimization opportunities, aligning with the EMEA Optimization and Project Management Office team and PSLT for prioritization and resource allocation. • Supporting the VS PS Management of Change program in collaboration with the EMEA Vegetables Innovation Enabling team. • Securing Risk Management processes and associated mitigation plans. • Structuring and monitoring the audit plan: defining the scope, ensuring execution, performing audits, training and mentoring new auditors, and maintaining connections with the auditor pool. • Coordinating with RC (Row Crop) and Global teams for audits: defining a shared pool of auditors to enhance team diversity and share experienced resources.
• Owning the service relationship with assigned customer base, acting as the primary trustful communication contact for all service, order, and operational activities. Delivery of quarter targets for assign area (Sicily 12 mil $ inv/year) • Creating customer sales orders in the CRM tool (SAP, Salesforce.com) and validating all components prior to submission. • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal resources to solve customer problems and deliver solutions. • Understanding the type, structure, go-to-market strategies, and needs of regional customers to anticipate and manage requests effectively. • Serving as a member of the Dutch Works Council after five years in the role.
