After obtaining Master Degree as Mechanical Engineer in 2005 I gained a long-term experience working in Italy and abroad (Canada). Among others I worked as Design and Supplier Quality Engineer in Caterpillar where I also got a Six Sigma DMAIC GREEN BELT certificate. I currently hold the position of the Product Compliance Engineer in Magni Telescopic Handlers responsible for the product conformity to quality requirements and compilation and developing of documentation to be released with the products.
• Technical sales support for Italian and foreign market of the network of sellers and distributors. • Analysis and verification of the requirements and documentation received from customers relating to the applications to be created. • Care in relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing comprehensive information on products • Detailed review of customer requests and internal resources to define project specifications. • Organization and management of all phases of the project from inception to completion. • Constant and well-calibrated communication with project stakeholders. • Analysis of company processes and procedures to identify any critical issues and prepare appropriate corrective actions. • Coordination of the work of the team of collaborators, planning of activities and optimization of procedures in order to achieve the desired objectives. • Study and analysis of the economic and commercial objectives relating to the product. • Coordination of the technical area for the development phase of new products and/or new applications. • Planning of actions and resources necessary for the success of the project within the expected timescales.
▪ Developing, coordination and performing of the tests on conforming of the products (telescopic handlers) to the quality requirements (EN, ISO, ANSI, etc.). ▪ Contribution to improving quality of the products. ▪ Collaboration with design, quality and production department in order to solve found issues. ▪ Compilation and developing of the necessary documentation to be released with the products.
▪ Analysis of the issues arising from faulty methods and recommendation of corrective actions. ▪ Performing a variety of inspection functions to check quality and accuracy of in-process parts. ▪ Collaboration with design, quality and production personnel in order to resolve problems. ▪ Interaction with external suppliers as required based on quality performance. ▪ Establishment and improvement of data collection plans as well as tools and processes.
▪ Design and performing maintenance activities for current products (asphalt pavers, cold planners and roller compactors). ▪ Analysis and resolving of the production assembly issues. ▪ Coordination of the engineering activities for the development of the new models with the international partners. ▪ Supporting manufacturing questions related to manufacturing optimization, cost reduction and deviations. ▪ Management and coordination of the drawing conversion with the Indian Releasing Office. ▪ Coordination of the drawing revision. ▪ Coordination of the European supplier base. ▪ Adaptation of the 6 Sigma process methods. ▪ Project leader for rationalization of the interplant parts ordering. ▪ Project leader for conversion of old legacy products to the current Caterpillar platforms.
