11 years in the dental industry. Dental chairs, X-ray systems, autoclaves, rotary instruments, diode lasers — I've sold them all. But what makes my path different isn't what I've sold. It's where I've sold it. While most sales professionals in this industry build expertise in one country, I've built mine across dozens of markets Italy, Spain, CEE, Israel, Saudi Arabia, the UK, and beyond, reaching as far as Asia and Australia. I know how a dentist in Milan thinks differently from one in Riyadh. I know how the market in Spain differs from the one in the UK. That cross-market understanding is rare in this industry. It took years of tireless travel to meet, talk, work, and have fun with people from all over the world. My approach is simple: transparency and honesty, always even when the message is uncomfortable. Employee interests and company needs don't always align, and pretending otherwise helps no one. What I won't compromise on is team spirit. Real team players are rare, and you recognise them quickly. They don't just answer your question, they bring you the solution. They don't protect their corner, they make everyone else's job easier. Building a team with that mentality is what I care about most as a leader. My background is unusual for someone in sales. Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering, Master's in Industrial Engineering and Management. It taught me to be resilient and find a way forward when things get difficult. I speak Italian, English and Spanish and a bit of German. I'm also a marketer. I know the real mechanics of it, not just the theory. SEO, analytics, social media, lead generation. I've used these tools to build things from scratch and to avoid spending money on overpriced services.
