Passionate business school professor who loves to teach and investigate different areas such as accounting, financial reporting, and food and beverage management. He is the Dean of the Executive MBA and General Management Programme, and Academic Director of the MSc in International Food and Beverage Management at ESCP Business School. He is the Academic Director of the Executive MBA at ESA Business School (École Supérieure des Affaires) in Beirut, Lebanon. His teaching experience covers a wide range of contexts and levels, from undergraduate and graduate to executive education. With a background in Economics and a PhD in Business and Management, his main areas of research and publications are related to financial accounting and reporting (with a special focus on insurance companies), non-financial disclosure, food and beverage, teaching innovation and pedagogy, and behavioural accounting. He is also actively involved in the Accounting for Banking and Insurance Research Lab (ABIREL) at the University of Turin and a member of the EAA (European Accounting Association).
