Experienced, organized Civil Engineer with a background in structural design as well as training in Civil Structural Engineering. In possession of strong communication and leadership skills due to professional experience as an engineer in the building design field. Currently involved in the ITER project regarding design and construction aspects.
• Project & Contract Management: Support the Client Project Officer in managing civil works contracts, supervising technical compliance, schedule performance, and risk mitigation across all project phases. • Change & Variation Management: Draft and evaluate Engineering Instructions, Ordres de Service, and Deviation Notices; assess contractual, technical, and financial impacts; coordinate change implementation. • Planning & Cost Control: Prepare and review monthly progress reports and IPCs, monitor budget execution and schedule adherence using EVM principles, and develop rolling forecasts to ensure project predictability. • Quality & Compliance: Coordinate and validate QA/QC and as-built documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance with ITER and F4E standards. • Performance & Reporting: Monitor performance baselines and key indicators (scope, cost, schedule), implement mitigation strategies for deviations, and produce dashboards and variance analyses using Power BI. • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between F4E, ITER Organization, RESO-bNEXT, and contractors promoting transparent communication and efficient resolution of technical issues.

External support: • Assisted project management team in coordinating design modifications and documenting engineering deviations in compliance with ITER standards. • Monitored contractor deliverables and prepared technical and progress reports for F4E. • Participated in design reviews and contract handover activities, ensuring QA/QC compliance. • Facilitated communication between F4E, contractors and design teams, supporting alignment with project objectives.
