-Central coordination of all transition activities in the assigned OpCo(s) -Leading the appointed Regional Transition Team members -Ensuring OpCos stakeholder alignment and updates -Ensuring OpCos pre-alignment of deliverables and Tollgate materials as well as defined Tollgate and Exit criteria -Regular alignment with Regional Programme Manager -Weekly flash reporting preparation to Regional Programme Leadership Team (PLT) following the standard set by the PMO and actively participate in Regional PLT -Providing the periodic measurement of plan versus actual with variance analysis -Tracking, monitoring and reporting on the project status -Together with the OpCo Transition Manager, creating the OpCo Transition Plan and coordinate the sign-off process -Driving and monitoring the closure of the gaps identified during the Sol ID phase -Testing coordination – End to End and User Acceptance Test -Training coordination -Change management issues and risks recognition at their earliest introduction, developing recommendations and mitigating strategies -Ensuring that the OpCo BPO organisation is set up and that PPIs are monitored and acted upon. -Performing or supervising all communications reporting

Responsible for the day-by-day GL activities and coordinating some of them within the GL team. I was also responsible for the internal training coordination, for the “Buddy programme” in which I was involved in the initial coaching of the newcomers to explain the company culture and to support them in the first 6 months of their new job. I was also leading the "Library" project, a knowledge management activity aimed to differentiate the information within our departments in three different levels, stock the information in a common SharePoint and invite employees to get familiar with it to get more knowledge on other data and processes’ streams.
