I founded MACS in 2016, bringing to the company skills and human resources acquired thanks to my 25 years of experience in the packaging machinery sector.
AS Ilapak IT CEO I’m in charge of the food and pharmaceutical flexible business for IMA. I was in charge of the Ilapak merging into IMA organization after the company acquisition made by IMA in 2013. I was promoting the supply chains integration of Ilapak into IMA supply chain from the manufacturing and assembling point of view. I was promoting the commercial integration between the two sales forces, trying to get the maximal result of both organizations.
For 4 years I was CEO for the SACMI packaging division with a strong focus on food and FMDG segment. During this period, I was coordinating 180 employees working in 4 different manufacturing sites, 3 in Italy (Bologna-Milano-Alba) and 1 in China.
Managing direction for Samputensili SpA, with specific focus on sales and product/market. Developments. Implementing a new manufacturing site in China.
For 2 years I was technical responsible fora new bevel gear tooling machine developing project as team leader of 5 designer. I had responsibilities covering timing, costs and market request related to the new product development.
