The Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) International is a not-for-profit international association of the world's manufacturers of fans, louvers, dampers, air curtains, air flow measurement devices, ducts, acoustic attenuators, impellers and other air system components used in commercial buildings and processes. Its mission is to promote the health, growth and integrity of the air movement and control industry. Founded in the United States in 1917, AMCA has over 330 members worldwide and is expanding rapidly. The organization has an Asian division (Asia AMCA) and European division (European AMCA), which operate separately.
The Vacuum Insulation Panel Association (VIPA International) is a global trade association representing the interests of companies that manufacture and supply equipment and/or materials to the Vacuum Insulation Panel industry. At VIPA, I work as Policy Officer in charge of the EU legislation on Energy Efficiency of Buildings.
