• Contributed to secure resource mobilization of $ 35 million to achieve SDGs for UNDP Libya in 2022. • Provided a monthly pipeline and prepared a solid donor profile • Built and maintained relationships with the top five donors and create new business opportunities • Worked with the communication department on a monthly base • Planned and organized meetings for Senior Management • Organized a Customer Relationship Management training (CRM) • Put in place a database system for the finance agreements • Put in place a donors tracker system to assess the timeliness and quality of donor reports submitted
• Contributed to secure resource mobilization of $ 180 million to achieve SDGs for UNDP Libya in 2018-2022. • Updated the mapping analysis of existent and potential donors, its agendas, and their geographic, funding trends and thematic priorities for intervention. • Built a solid network with partners allowing to engage directly and resolve issues. • Supported the preparation of 53 concept notes and 14 project documents. • Monitored the overall implementation of 18 Cost Sharing Agreements and elaborated corresponding documentation in support of Resource Mobilizations efforts, and any other documents as required by supervisor and colleagues.
• Supervised Lesvos's office (5 international staff; 8 international volunteers, 63 national staff). • Contributed to the design and implementation of the country strategy in response to the migration crisis (with a focus on unaccompanied minors and children with disabilities), • Ensured detailed donor relations and resource mobilization plan mainly targeting European partners (i.e. European Commission and European member states). • Promoted volunteer solutions within SCI partner operations and strengthened advocacy efforts for volunteerism integration.
• Managed to enhance managerial skills, but also leverage capacities as to develop integrated programming. • Secured funds for US$ 2,400,000 to develop demobilisation, disarmament and reintegration (DDR) in hard-to-reach areas, which benefited conflict- affected children. • Provided shared leadership and management support to the development, design, and delivery of the country strategies, resource mobilization, programme quality, high-risk project management and donor relations. • Supported the design and implementation of South Sudan Protection Cluster initiatives such as the Protection Mainstreaming Operational Guidelines, M&E Protection Framework and donor mapping system.
