-Manages all customer correspondence via email or phone -Identifies future site capability enhancements/development needs -Edits and retouches all photos for social media platforms and product pages -Oversees backend of inventory management, shipping logistics and fulfllment partners -Collaborates with Erin to decide on creating and scheduling content weekly
- Manage sales orders in collaboration of the sales team in Blue Cherry and AIMS360 platforms - Organizes templates buyers send and creates linesheets for the Sales Team - Holds sales appointments during tradeshows - Merchandises and maintains the showroom for sales appointments - Coordinates with PR team to send samples to clients and tastemakers - Updates ATS powerpoints as needed
- Manages all the social media platforms consisting of 175,000 followers throughout Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram - Negotiates with record labels, bands and other organizations for product collaborations - Collaborates with the design team to develop marketing campaigns in conjunction with available product and new product releases - Supervises the logistics between production of garment to warehouse - Oversee daily website operations and maintains QA updates - Engages with the Glamour Kills community providing stellar customer service across all social media platforms and via email
