- Senior Sales Executive specializing in commercial sales and project/account management for primary, secondary, and turnkey packaging - Establish, build, and develop new business relationships with new and and existing customers - Responsible for driving key business in West Coast customers for beauty, skincare, haircare, and cosmetics
- Sales developing on Bags, Boxes, and Accessories, and including but not limited to other GWP or Promotional items - Solely manage and expand the Cosfibel Group - West Coast office as the first employee for this region, responsible for development and re-order projects and productions from prospection to pricing, sampling, PO placement, Sampling Process, then Quality Testing until dispatch with Logistics Team - Managing developments with external teams/factories across Europe and Asia
- Simultaneously manage launch custom cosmetics projects, both packaging and turnkey, across multiple accounts, responsible for creating innovative and competitive packaging/formula concepts with customers. - Manage production process from creating concepts, negotiating pricing, generating timeline to managing PPS process, product testing, quality control and shipment of products. - Communicate efficiently with cross-functional teams in meeting timeline and customers’ desire in projects. - Effectively source and negotiate with suppliers on pricing and timeline while meeting quality parameters, executing purchase orders, direct global supply chain and manage timeline within product launch date.
- Run and submit monthly reports of Calibration and Maintenance events for all onsite equipment - Use of Vaisala and Regulatory Asset Management databases to oversee all equipment information - Coordinate vendor contracts for on and offsite work for critical lab equipment - Scheduling and planning incoming of new equipment and retiring/inactivating of outdated equipment.
