With a solid background in technical support and claim management, I now leverage this expertise to develop and grow international markets. I work at the intersection of client relations and export strategy, building strong partnerships and driving cross-border business. As After-Sales Specialist I managed technical claims. This allowed me to use my communication, organisation and negotiation skills, mostly in French and Spanish. During my experience as contact center operator I had the opportunity to develop my multitasking hability, using 4 languages on a daily basis. As a business consultant, I had helped elite beauty and hairstyle's activities in their business management. My collaboration with Martom Deluxe Haircorde started as a challenge and as an opportunity to use my relational and organizational hard skills in fields which are really close to me on a personal way: luxury and selfcare. Anthropologist, thanks to my experiences I developped strong administrative and organizational skills. Expert in intercultural communications. The relational aspect, extended to the international field, represents an important part not only of my skills, but also of my personality. As an account manager in ICT field I developped sales abilities. 1. I’m challenging and motivated. I really want to keep learning, to improve my competences and to get new ones. 2. By working at the UJI’s International Relations Office I learned a lot about administration and I developped decision making, reliability, non-verbal communications and cross-cultural skills. 3. Thanks to the experiences as a teacher in Italy and a student abroad, matched with creative activities in the show business, I developped my negotiating, conflict resolution, motivating, self-control and adaptability skills. 4. Through speeches on local tv, public debates and volunteering with kids and teenagers, my competences of persuasion, public speaking, and diplomacy strengthened. 5.
