I assisted in conducting and facilitating focus groups and interviews with SMEs. Throughout the process of this internship, I collaborated with fellow student interns and Elmhurst University faculty to design and analyze a residential satisfaction and engagement survey for the Village of Brookfield.
I served as an assessor for structured oral interviews developed by IOS. The work performed involved reviewing and evaluating interview answers from each candidate. The evaluation consisted of pre-recorded videos in which my assessor partner and I worked together to analyze and assess appropriately. The observations were documented, and each candidate was rated accordingly.
I was one of the four Assistant Managers at the Western Illinois Universities Alumni Engagement Center. I communicated with our employees and alums daily. I managed pledges for scholarships and grants to the school and gathered credit card data.
