In my current role as Business Analyst at the New South Wales Police Force, I have led requirements gathering workshops and created detailed documentation to support business and technical alignment. I have developed current state “As Is” and future state “To-Be” processes, ensuring operational improvements are underpinned by compliance and governance standards. I have also refined business cases and process maps, contributing to seamless outcomes across diverse departments. On 2 June 2025, a new Domestic Violence Safety Assessment Tool (DVSAT) was launched, enabling police officers to assess the risk to victims and electronically issue Apprehended Violence Orders (AVOs) via a mobile application. I served as the Senior Business Analyst on this project.
While working at the Centre for Agriculture and Biosciences International (CABI), I led Agile-driven enhancements to the Plant-Wise mobile application in collaboration with international developers. This customer-facing app was designed to support rural farmers in underdeveloped countries by providing accessible agricultural information and resources.
