1:1 Direct therapy
• Complete intake packets, conduct caregiver interviews, and analyze assessments to develop a Plan of Care for clients • Oversee RBT’s and their execution of DTT, PRT, and NET methodology; take IOA data and provide in-vivo feedback to shape RBT performance and client progress • Evaluate client data to identify areas of concern, develop new programs, and input program instructions into Catalyst
• Provide direct intervention across home and community settings to individuals with autism • Conduct behavior assessments and aid in the development of intervention programs • Frequently consult with clinical staff regarding collection of behavioral data, completion of progress notes, and organization/summary of the information compiled for insurance updates
