I am an articulate, confident person who enjoys challenges and working under pressure. My greatest strengths are my research, communication and design skills. Over the past seven years, I have worked in many theatres gaining new skills that have elevated my way of design. Which led me to completing my degree in 'Design for Performance' in 2022. I am excited to take on new experiences within theatre in my role as a designer as well as in other roles
with my team we are in charge of supplying fabric to our makers and help support the designer through fittings. Reaching deadlines efficiently together as a collective unit.
Through my love of drawing and designing I have created many drawings for my old school as well as for friends in their small businesses. Through this artistic outlet I've found a great passion and skill I've carried on through my degree.
Together as a collaborative team we created a performance called 'Free nine' and I was in charge of the lighting design and costume design and alterations alongside my colleagues. This was part of the cut 2 technical course with the theatre and supported by the wonderful staff.
In this internship I developed my model making skills and trained in Auto-Cad and sketch up. This was an amazing opportunity and allowed me to assist my team in the model making design and creating process.
