Association executive who believes in the power of the collective. It’s why associations matter, and why I’m passionate about telling the world that they do. The association sector is fighting for survival. As the concept of “belonging” struggles to compete with “what’s-in-it-for-me,” the value of membership needs vigorous championing to proclaim the positive, united impact of its industry or profession. It all happens one member, one partner…one relationship at a time. WHAT I’M PASSIONATE ABOUT: ♦ Creating mutually beneficial partnerships that create synergistic momentum. ♦ Brainstorming to identify commonalities throughout the iterative process of strategic planning. ♦ Catalyzing change by creating a roadmap that engages the team along the journey. ♦ Identifying the resources and metrics that point the way to sustainable results. ♦ Building programs that excite and unite members around our collective success. The goal: to help associations build reputations that raise their influence with media, legislators, regulators and consumers. As their message resonates, so does the power of associating to impact society. And that makes all the difference.
