• Conducted analytical testing for incoming, in-process and final products, evaluating products against internal, AMS, ISO, ASTM standards and specifications. • Performed analytical testing towards the viscosity, oxidative and storage stability of incoming and in process products using equipment such as Brookfield, Capillary, and Rotational Viscometers to gauge dynamic and kinematic viscosity. Various Oxidative Stability apparatus to gauge the stability of different lubes, aviation, and engine oils. • Experience in using environmental chambers, UV aging, and shelf-life testing instruments to evaluate how a product behaves during storage under various conditions. • Practiced good laboratory techniques in compliance with internal guidelines, cGMP, OSHA, and SOPs, maintaining accurate logbooks, records, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. • Responsible for the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment, laboratory housekeeping, and preparation of the lab for audits. • Experience in optimizing chemical processes and scaling up operations, handling hazardous materials and maintaining safety in high-risk environments. • Ability to troubleshoot issues in chemical processes such as equipment or hardware issues • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to define and design processes for innovative products, ensuring alignment with research and commercialization goals.
