Hi, welcome to my profile! My name is Francesca Khanga and I specialize in Events & Video Production Sales at Mills James. My goal is to connect to build meaningful business relationships to provide unmatched services in the world of video and events for companies locally and nationally. I am an alumni of Miami University of Ohio with a Strategic Communication and Interactive Media Studies degree. Over the years, I have worked in the sales (outside, B2B, retail), social media (wholesale, retail, small business), wardrobe styling, recruiting, and wedding industries in the US and internationally. All of these sectors share something in common; they all build success from strong relationships and trust. I have been able to pair my majors together with the knowledge of communication and PR along with a technical yet aesthetic design background. This helps me understand the industries I work in whether it is selling, recruiting or designing. With this expertise, I am able to scope out the best practices and understand what a client needs holistically. In the events and wedding industry, I’ve focused on the details of high-end international editorials and hands on full serviced wedding of various religions and cultural regions. Wedding planning and event designs are my passions as I create moments for others with my creativity, attention to detail and communication skills. Beyond the weddings and events themselves, I also serviced as a wedding/retail social media manager for Love From Mwai, Rooted Together Events and CWI Gifts Inc. I have also worked with children as an assistant teacher at Children's Discovery Center for ages of infancy to school-aged teaching children writing, speaking, English, Spanish, German and American Sign Language. We create an environment of learning and development for children to grow and prepare for higher education. All of my fields differ in skills, yet shows my ability to be versatile and able to manage multiple responsibilities at high skill levels. These occupations have taught me my work ethic, organization, tools, various systems while having personable skills.
