I’m a social entrepreneur and lived experience leader working at the intersection of justice, gender, and reintegration; building practical solutions that support women to rebuild their lives after prison. As Founder of the Coming Home Project, I design and deliver trauma-informed programmes focused on employment, housing stability, digital inclusion, and long-term desistance. Since 2022, 100% of women engaged in our pilot have not reoffended, with the majority progressing into employment, education, or volunteering and all maintaining safe, stable housing. My work bridges grassroots delivery and strategic influence. I specialise in programme design, Theory of Change development, and social impact reporting; securing funding, evidencing outcomes, and supporting organisations to scale meaningful, measurable change. Alongside delivery, I contribute to national conversations on justice reform, stigma, and rehabilitation. I’ve delivered guest lectures and keynote talks across the UK and internationally, and my writing has featured in The Guardian, Inside Time, and other platforms shaping discourse around women in the criminal justice system. I also work as a digital and communications specialist, supporting VCSE organisations and social enterprises to strengthen their messaging, grow their reach, and communicate impact clearly and effectively.
