-Conduct call in private hospitals to detailed product. -Get product feedback from doctors . -Achieve sales target and maintain good rapport with all the medical practitioners.
-Prepare flight documents and motivate crews in the briefing -Conduct Safety and Security to ensure the aircraft is safe before boarding customer -Prepare the cabin with amenities and adjust the lighting , background music and temperature in order to get a comfortable environment -Communicate with customer to understand their need before commencing the service (Serve beverage ,do table set-up,full meal service ,prepare bedding) -Monitor and do small chat with customers to seek way to improve our -Handle complaint using service recovery tool -Coach new crews and assess crew's performance -Submit flight report and conduct survey onboard
